Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Raven app and related services operated by CodePulse ("we", "us"). By using Raven you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Raven is a personal AI diary app. We provide the platform and AI features; you own the content you write.

2. Your account

• You must be 13 or older to use Raven.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.

3. Your content

You own everything you write in Raven. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your diary entries.

4. Subscriptions

• Some features require an active Raven Pro subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• We do not offer refunds beyond what is required by Apple or Google's refund policies.

5. AI features

AI-generated content (reflections, responses, suggestions) is for personal reflection only. It is not professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on it as such.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Share your account or credentials with others

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may stop using Raven at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodePulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Raven.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes in the app.
