Delete Your Raven Account
Raven is developed by CodePulse
You can permanently delete your Raven account and associated app data at any time. This page explains exactly what gets deleted, what (if anything) is retained, and how to start deletion.
How to delete your account
Open the Raven app and go to Settings → Delete account. The app will show confirmation steps before permanently deleting your account.
If you cannot access the app, email hello@codepulse.dev for help.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (name, email, sign-in IDs)
- All diary entries, journal text, and entry-linked Raven conversations
- All photos and images you have uploaded
- AI-generated reflections, summaries, and responses stored against your account
- Your tracked people, intentions, and commitments
- Push notification tokens registered for your devices
- Your onboarding preferences and journal settings
- Subscription status and entitlement records held in our database
What is retained and why
- Financial transaction records - Apple and Google retain their own records of any purchases you made. We do not control those records. RevenueCat (our subscription platform) may retain anonymised transaction logs for up to 90 days per their own data retention policy.
- Server access logs - standard infrastructure logs (IP addresses, timestamps) are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes, then automatically deleted.
- Legal hold - if there is an active legal obligation to preserve data, we will notify you and retain only the minimum required.
